NCC is a national organization which has helped in inculcation in the cadets a spirits of courage, confidence, self-reliance, selfless service, a feeling of patriotism, faith in oneself, power of thought and adjustment which are essential to make the youth disciplined and dutiful.

St. Anthony's College is attached to the 41 Meghalaya Artillery Battery NCC and 61 Meghalaya Girls Bn NCC for NCC activities under the leadership of Shri Garland Star Swett (Boys) and Smt. Dayomika Rhoda Kharsyntiew (Girls). This will help in inculcating a spirit of courage, confidence, self-reliance, selfless service, feeling of patriotism, and faith in oneself, power of thought and adjustment to make the youth disciplined and dutiful.
