Established in 2008, MINNOVA is a club comprising exclusively of students from the Department of Business Administration, St. Anthony's College. This club provides a platform for the department's students to exercise what they've learnt in the classrooms in the various activities organized on an annual basis. The club conducts various events throughout the year within the department and the college. Proceeds from its activities are mostly used to fund its flagship event - the Hands of Hope Programme, through which it reaches out to recognise and help different sections of society. Through this programme, it has donated school books to disadvantaged children, computers to orphanages, appreciation to the Shillong Traffic Police among others.
